2005 Ribcraft 4.8m Rib. Mariner 75hp Outboard with 496 hours. 2011 Indespension Roller coaster trailer. Ready to use package.
We sold this package to the current owner in 2011, supplying the new trailer at the time. Since hen she’s been stored inside the owners barn, only being launched for 2/3 weeks a year, during his summer holidays down in Devon. Available due to his children coming of age, no longer being used.
The Ribcraft 4.8 is such a desirable hull. This particular one looks striking in her Yellow finish. Hypalon tubes, which are in excellent condition. Original hull, no antifoul. Jockey seating, with additional double jockey behind the helm. Rear bench seat, with storage, which currently has a couple of towing ringo’s included in the sale. Removable fuel tank, ideal for refuelling. Anchor locker, with anchor and warp. Stainless double A frame with navigation lights. There’s a Garmin 126 GPS. Garmin 160 Fish Finder and Fixed VHF Radio onboard. Self draining deck. A spare engine bracket is also fitted. Battery isolator.
The engine is a Mariner 75hp 2 Stroke Outboard. Oil injected, electric start and power tilt. 496 hours. Last full service Aug 2022, including new plugs, impeller, carbs stripped and cleaned, gearbox oil etc. New Water/Fuel separator. Has an insurance approved lock fitted. This Engine will provide a cruising speed of 20 knots, with a maximum speed of 32 knots. Her range is 30 Mile, which obviously can be extended with an additional fuel tank.
Trailer was supplied new in 2011 by us. Customer doesn’t tend to submerge the bearings for launching, so it’s aged well. They’ve just fitted new hubs/bearings in any case for the sale. Just been tows from Buckinghamshire to Plymouth, for the sale.
