MITCHELL 31 - Hull built in 1983, commissioned 1985 - This was designed and commissioned with integrate detail by the owner himself. She's unique in every way with a far superior build quality/specification to any other you'll find on the planet!
1 owner from new! Meticulously cared for. Every detail of ownership thought about, including having an expensive Full aft enclosure custom made specifically for this vessel, with various other covers/Bimini's etc for long range cruising. The owners have regularly crossed the channel to France for long jaunts away.
Proven classic seaworthy work boat powered by regularly serviced Volvo Penta TAMD 60C 250hp diesel engine. Capable of producing a cruising speed of 14/15 Knots with a top speed of 18 Knots. Fully equipped as you'd expect with GPS, Radar, Autopilot, VHF, Eberspacher cabin heating, electric windlass, Neco capstan, full cockpit enclosure, four-bladed equipose propeller, etc. Naturally it goes without saying she's been regularly maintained. Invoices available upon request.
This is more than a Boat for the owners, it's been their obsession since they fitted her out - himself!!! We demand you view her. You'll not get an opportunity like this again.
